Taupō housing: A programme of work

The first and most important step is being clear about the problems we’re trying to solve – and building consensus about the importance of addressing them.

We have proven tools and techniques for helping organisations define and focus on the key issues. We use Investment Logic Mapping, root cause analysis and design-led thinking to get clarity, and workshop-led consensus building to agree the right way forward. It’s an iterative, collaborative and highly effective way of working.

And as the following case study shows, our approaches are widely applicable. We’ve used these techniques to set the stage for strategic decision making, investment analysis and business case development, and procurement and implementation planning.
